Spa Details and Etiquette
Reservations will be guaranteed 72 hours in advance, based on treatment room availability all other requests will attempt to be granted. A credit card is required to hold any reservation. We recommend making a reservation for your next treatment upon check-out. Walk-ins are welcome, but immediate service cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance;
The Spa at Atlantis will charge 50% of the service fee if a cancellation does not meet this requirement. We accept all major credit cards; Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Checks, Traveler's Checks, and Cash.

We do recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment to allow time to change, and prepare yourself for your treatment. Upon Check-in a proper form of identification is required we will accept either a drivers license or credit card..
Spa robes and slippers will be provided upon check-in into the spa. Our slippers are complimentary, and our robes can be purchased upon check-out if you prefer. If the robes are not returned at check-out your credit card will be charged for the linens.

We kindly ask that you please turn off all cellular devices as you enter the Spa waiting area. Gratuities are not included in the prices listed in our menu, and are left at the discretion of the guests
